I am a Bioinformatics PhD candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt in the group of Prof. Dr. Stefanie Dimmeler, where I combine my passion for computational biology with a curiosity for how the heart ages. Using multi-omics, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics, we investigate the cellular and molecular pathways that shape cardiac aging and how we might one day target them therapeutically.I enjoy programming in Python and R, building reproducible workflows and experimenting with new tools and methods to better understand complex biological data. When I’m not at the computer, you’ll likely find me running, cycling or spending time with family and friends.
