About Me

I am focusing on explainable disease risk prediction through multi-omics genotype-to-phenotype modeling. My work aims to understand how genetic variation contributes to disease by linking DNA sequence, regulatory activity, gene expression, pathways, and disease risk.

My work is driven by my fascination with the complexity of biological systems, which are not yet fully understood. With the help of machine learning models, I hope to contribute to a better understanding of this world.
