KREATION is meta-software that enables parameter selection for de novo transcriptome assemblers. It also has a missassembly filter that can be used to improve the quality of assemblies.

systems biology models and machine learning algorithms that further
the understanding of gene regulation. We work on groundbreaking computational methods
that enable novel approaches for personalized medicine applications in the
