SEECER

SEquencing Error CorrEction for RNA sequencing data (SEECER) is a read error correction method designed for non-uniform sequencing data sets, in particular RNA-seq. It clusters reads and reconstructs profile HMMs to correct indel and substitution errors with high sensitivity.
